Ryujin Shuzo
Ryujin Shuzo is a tiny brewery in Gunma prefecture, founded in 1597. Ryujin, the “Dragon God," is a Shinto spirit closely tied to water, which is, of course, one of the most important elements of sake. There is a shrine to Ryujin located inside the brewery for good luck.
