Kubota Junmai Daiginjo
Kubota revamped this junmai daiginjo in honor of its 35th anniversary, and this is a sake worth celebrating! A vibrant nose full of fruit and flowers is followed by a round, clean presence on the palate. It drinks dry, but lots of stone fruit flavors come through with a hint of sweetness at the end. A beautiful sake at a great price!
