We've bottled our house recipe sushi vinegar - the same one we use here in all your sushi - so you can use it at home too!  Made with lots of citrus and konbu (and love, of course), it's got tons of flavor and depth.

Rice Vinegar(Alcohol, Rice, Salt), Sugar, Salt, Ponzu (Orange Juice(Bitter Orange, Yuzu Orange, Watson Pomelo, Sweet Watson Pomelo), Citric Acid), Kombu

Mix with cooked rice for the perfect sushi rice, or use as a quick-pickling liquid for fresh vegetables.
