Ceremonial grade matcha from one of the finest tea plantations in Okabe, located at the base of Mt. Fuji. Rich in natural umami flavor with minimal bitterness, it's perfect for drinking AND for baking!

Powdered green tea.

To brew matcha:
Warm a tea bowl and whisk with boiling water, then discard water. Add one teaspoon matcha to the bowl. Add 1/4 cup water at 170 degrees and whisk briskly with one hand while holding the bowl with the other hand. Continue to mix for about 15 seconds until a foam appears on the surface. Enjoy!
