Yugeta Shoyu has been brewing soy sauce since 1923. Located just outside Tokyo in the village of Tawame, the company is run by 4th generation Yohichi Yugeta. Yugeta's soy sauce is brewed naturally and uses only Japanese-grown wheat and soybeans.
