Lovely herbal tea made from Shimane-grown shiso, a favorite herb in Japanese cuisine. Tastes like a cross between mint and oregano.

Brews a beautiful purple color when first steeped, before fading to classic tea color.

Perilla leaf.

Place a teabag of Shiso Tea in a cup, pour boiling water into it, and wait for 2-3 minutes. Before removing the bag, swish it around in the cup a few times. Can be enjoyed it hot or cold.
