Arguably the most important staple of Japanese cuisine, dashi is such an important and versatile ingredient.  Homemade dashi tastes so much better than store-bought mixes, and it's surprisingly easy to make.  We've sourced everything you need to make different types of dashi at home, and as a bonus, you'll get a video instruction from Chef Seizi on how to use them!
