Nezumi Otoko Cup
Made from gohyakumangoku rice, this junmai ginjo from Chiyomusubi is crisp, dry and super interesting! Nutty, chocolatey flavors up front lead into a cucumber, mineral dry finish, with a bit of umami mushroom in the middle.

About the producer
Chiyomusubi
Chiyomusubi was founded in 1865 and is the only sake brewery in the city of Sakaiminato in Tottori. They state their philosophy as the “creation of happiness,” and the company emphasizes family and camaraderie as core values to their brand.
Sakaiminato was the hometown of Shigeru Mizuki, a revered manga artist and Japanese historian. His manga series, GeGeGe no Kitaro, brought old Japanese folklore and characters to the attention of young people in the 1960s. This series lends its name to Chiyomusubi’s line of sake cups, with each one being named for a different Mizuki character and featuring his artwork on the labels.
