"Sappari!" This sparkling sake is sure to leave you refreshed and smiling. "Poochi Poochi" refers to the sound of bubbles popping. It undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, keeping those bubbles tight and lively. It is lemon-y and crisp with a touch of sweetness balanced by a pleasant acidity. Toast with it, bring it to parties, or throw it on ice with a twist for a light cocktail alternative.
